How long will it take to receive the package?
Depending on location it can take anywhere from 2-10 days.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We currently have a flat rate shipping. We are working at finding better options for our customers.
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and delivered to the post office. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.
The email will contain the shipment details and your tracking number. Should you not be able to find it, please contact us for your tracking number.
If you haven't received the products during the estimated shipping time, please track and confirm the status of your package. If the status of tracking information is abnormal, please contact us for knowing more. We will ensure that we are diligent in helping to resolve this issue. We will ship again or refund when we have verified that the package is not delivered.
Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All orders are processed and delivered on standard workdays, Monday-Friday, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
